Where do you ship?
We now offer Worldwide shipping!
Do you deliver or allow click & collect?
Yes! Free delivery on any purchase within a 25km radius of Boorooma/Wagga Wagga. Please email us at hello@henryandflo.com to arrange a collection day & time if you would like to click & collect.
How long does shipping take?
We endeavour to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. For the most up to date shipping timeframes, please visit the Australia Post website.
How much is shipping?
All items are based off Australia Post standard & express shipping rates.
Please check final shipping price at checkout once all items are in your cart.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns shipping is to be covered by the customer (unless item is faulty).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@henryandflo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
What is your exchange policy?
We are happy to exchange within 7 days of your order. Exchange shipping is to be covered by the customer.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
When will I receive my refund/exchange?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Your refund or exchange will be processed within 24 hours of being received.
